Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that contain intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain cases where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with clear signs of use.
A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons that are not our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you to approve or decline your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven’t gotten your money back, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale of materials
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will send your refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping and Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get your money back. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live. The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning expensive items. You can consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
